Here at Dragonz Whispers we want you to be happy & excited to receive your new dragons. As a few breeders themselves can tell you, I am the worst then a kid. "When are you shipping?", is a continuous question that comes out of my mouth. I get so overly excited about a new addition. Well, we want you to feel the same way!

We also want you to be 100% satisfied with your new pet or future breeder, so we will offer our customers a 24 hour satisfaction upon delivery of their dragon. (Void if no one is home to sign for shipment, or if there is a problem with not receiving shipment & we aren't notified immediately.) If you are not satisfied with your dragon, ship them back & we will exchange or refund your money. (We can not guarantee color at the time of arrival, as animal may be stressed from shipping, or starting to shed. Also color is an opinion & we do our best to accurately describe their color, through pictures & text, but can not guarantee color). Also, if the unmentionable happens & your dragon arrives DOA, please do not dispose of the animal, as we will need proof to be able to refund your money or replace the animal. (Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise noted). Here at DW's, we spend countless hours on preparing all our dragons for shipping & relocation to their new homes. When our dragons are babies, we will move them into different enclosures/tank, as so they get used to being moved around. We have found this "KEY criteria", to successful transporting & relocating a dragon without to much stress. We will make the promise to you, that we will continue to do this, with even more types of set ups, so transitioning will be less stressful for the dragon you may purchase from us.

We like to use "UPS Overnight Next Day Air",10:30a.m.,delivery for shipping. UPS has been really good to us & has shown us how their process works. Once you have decided to purchase a dragon from us & set up a delivery time, we will wait until 6:45pm to drop off your dragon, shipment, to our Local UPS store. At 7:00pm, the UPS truck shows up & takes them directly to the airport, where they are placed in an enclosed garage, out of the elements, for a short period of time before they board their plane to their destination. We are very comfortable with their procedures on our end.

We do use seasonal packaging, insulated boxes, heat packs, at our expense, as we feel that if our customers are going to purchase a dragon from us in the winter months; it is our responsibility that they make it to their new home, safe & sound. If needed, we do double insulate our shipping boxes. We also do not like to ship under 30 degrees F, because of the way heat packs are made. A heat pack can fail to work if the temperature reaches below 30 degrees. We do double insulate our shipping boxes, & use dual 40 hour heat packs, but there is still a chance of failure if the weather conditions are below 30 degrees. We have been asked by customers to ship anyway, after hearing how we pack our animals, but we can not take on the guarantee, that they will make it to you unharmed. We have shipped at lower temps with no problems, but it only takes once for something to happen.

We only charge for actual shipping costs from UPS. We live in Western New York & we have found that shipping does run from $30 to $65, depending on your location & size of packaging needed to ship. At anytime you can send us your zip code & we will give you a price quote of what it would cost in to ship to your area. Our zip code is listed below, so if you want to check on shipping rates yourself you can do so to get a quote on shipping.

Once your dragon is shipped, we will contact you with all the tracking information you will need to know, to keep track of your shipment.

Payment is preferable Pay Pal. We do accept money orders or your banks cashiers check, when sent to us express mail. Our pay Pal address is: Dragonzwhispers@aol.com.
